Thank you for your interest in hosting a donation-based concert! This model creates accessible, community-focused gatherings where music connects everyone involved.

Even if you filled out a general application already, you still need to fill out this 'Donation-Based' application to be considered for a donation-based concert!

This form will help me understand if your space and community would be a good fit for one of the limited 10 donation-based concerts in 2025. Because spots are extremely limited, I can only select locations that work perfectly with my tour routing and meet all requirements.
